Oneida Lake fishing report 6/15/19

The walleye fishing on Onieda Lake has been good so far this season. The last two weeks we have been taking fishing jigging blade baits and trolling.

Fish have come trolling both spinners and stick baits. 30 to 38 feet of water has been the ticket for trolling and jigging.

Now we are just waiting for the mayfly hatch. When that happens you will want to troll worm harnesses on the mud flats.

Weeds on the west end are starting to produce fish. That bite will only get better as the summer progresses.
