There are some reports of the fishing slowing down as we move into fall. We have not seen that at all. In fact the walleye fishing on Oneida Lake has been as hot all summer.
Saturday the weather wasn’t the best but Fred, Kelly, and Callahan were with me on the lake. We got the trip in with just a short burst of rain and found gold at the end of the rainbow.
Fred and Kelly fished with me last month and absolutely crushed the walleye. This time was a carbon copy of the last. We quickly put a boat limit in the livewell and released many more.
If you want to get in on this amazing fishery and put some delicious fillets in your freezer give me a call. I have open dates and will be fishing until the snow flies.
