Now that deer season is open across the state, there are even less boats on the lake.
This is a great time of year to be out there. The walleyes are putting the feed bag on getting ready for winter and there is little fishing pressure.
Today was another great day walleye fishing on Oneida Lake and there are more great days to be had before it freezes. Call now to get in on the late fall action. I am also starting to book trips for 2022 so if you have dates you want it would be a good idea to get them locked in soon.
Walleye fishing on Oneida Lake has been up and down. The Lake level is finally getting back to normal but our weather has been inconsistent. Steady weather patterns are always better than weather that is constantly changing.
That being said we are still getting fish. Trolling and covering a lot of water has been the trick to putting walleye in the net. Our fish have been in 35 to 40 feet of water 20 to 40 feet down.
The fall provides some of the best walleye fishing of the year. If you want in on the action give me a call to book a trip today.
Walleye fishing on Oneida Lake has been ok to good as of recent. We are catching fish every trip but some days are slow going. Bouncing between trolling and jigging along with changing locations has been the trick to figuring them out each day.
Here are pictures from the last few trips. Give me a call if you want to get in on the action.
